Job Description:

A well-established construction consultancy are currently seeking a CDM Consultant to join their Leeds office. The role will involve supporting the delivery of CDM and Principal Designer services across a broad portfolio of projects throughout Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the delivery of CDM and Principal Designer services across a broad portfolio of projects
  • Supporting Principal Designer duties in line with CDM Regulations 2015
  • Reviewing design risk information and advising on mitigation measures
  • Preparing pre-construction information packs
  • Attending design and project meetings
  • Liaising with stakeholders to promote safe design and construction
  • Assisting with health and safety file preparation
  • Carrying out site inspections where required

Requirements:

  • Experience within a CDM or Health and Safety role
  • Sound knowledge of CDM Regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised and proactive
  • Consultancy experience advantageous

Nice to have:

Consultancy experience advantageous
