Job Description:

This award-winning Construction Consultancy is seeking an ambitious CDM Consultant to join its growing Birmingham team. You'll work alongside experienced Health & Safety and Principal Design professionals, supporting a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, residential, and public sectors. As a CDM Consultant, you'll be at the centre of project delivery – guiding clients, contractors, and designers to manage risks effectively and comply with CDM regulations from concept to completion.

Job Responsibility:

Guiding clients, contractors, and designers to manage risks effectively
Comply with CDM regulations from concept to completion
Support diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, residential, and public sectors
Work alongside experienced Health & Safety and Principal Design professionals

Requirements:

Experience as a CDM Consultant or Health & Safety professional within construction
Strong understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulations and design risk management
NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (TechIOSH / IMaPS advantageous)
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a desire to progress
