Job Description:

An award-winning, multidisciplinary consultancy with strong values around staff development and team support is seeking an enthusiastic CDM Consultant to join their expanding team. The role offers hands-on project exposure, hybrid flexibility, tailored training pathways, and genuine progression prospects.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the delivery of CDM advisory services
Support senior staff with Principal Designer responsibilities
Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Gain experience across a variety of sectors

Requirements:

1+ year experience in CDM or Construction H&S
NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate (preferred)
TechIOSH Membership (preferred)
APS Membership (AaPS or above desirable)
Eager to develop into Principal Designer duties

Nice to have:

NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate
TechIOSH Membership
APS Membership (AaPS or above desirable)
