Job Description:

An established architectural practice seeks a communicative and well-organised CDM Consultant to join their team in London, offering exposure to impressive projects and a creative working environment supported by hybrid flexibility.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate health and safety documentation
Guide in-house Architects through pre-construction requirements in line with CDM 2015
Attend design meetings
Carry out site visits
Support project teams in identifying and managing design risk

Requirements:

3 years’ experience in a CDM Consultant or Principal Designer role
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
APS or IOSH membership
Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying (preferable)
Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and design risk management
Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
