Job Description:

A family-oriented, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious CDM Consultant to act as a Principal Designer and Client Advisor. This role involves leading Design Risk Management projects, collaborating with experienced CDM professionals, and working in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Act as a Principal Designer and Client Advisor
Take charge of a variety of projects
Collaborate closely with CDM professionals and architects
Lead on Design Risk Management projects

Requirements:

NEBOSH Construction
Tech IOSH
APS membership
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Surveying, Health & Safety (preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
Strong communication abilities
Attention to detail
Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
