Job Description:

CDM Consultant role with a multi-disciplinary Building Consultancy in Manchester, acting as Principal Designer on various projects and advising clients on CDM 2015 compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 regulations
Providing specialist CDM consultancy and advice to clients and project teams
Undertaking design risk reviews and advising on design risk management
Preparing pre-construction information and reviewing health & safety files
Carrying out site inspections and audits to ensure compliance

Requirements:

Experience working as a CDM Consultant or Principal Designer
Solid understanding of CDM 2015 and wider Health & Safety legislation
Background in construction, architecture, or building surveying (desirable)
Excellent communication skills and client-facing ability
Membership of IOSH, APS, or working towards chartered status

Nice to have:
