Job Description:

Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, renowned for delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-profile projects across the UK. With a diverse service offering – from Project Management and Quantity Surveying to Architecture, Health & Safety, and Building Surveying – they provide a truly collaborative environment where every professional plays a vital role in shaping the built environment.

Job Responsibility:

Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 regulations
Providing specialist CDM consultancy and advice to clients and project teams
Undertaking design risk reviews and advising on design risk management
Preparing pre-construction information and reviewing health & safety files
Carrying out site inspections and audits to ensure compliance

Requirements:

Experience working as a CDM Consultant or Principal Designer
A solid understanding of CDM 2015 and wider Health & Safety legislation
A background in construction, architecture, or building surveying (desirable)
Excellent communication skills and client-facing ability
Membership of IOSH, APS, or working towards chartered status

Nice to have:

A background in construction, architecture, or building surveying
