Job Description:

A thriving Multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy is on the lookout for an ambitious CDM Consultant who is looking to further their career as a Principal Designer. They have a vibrant working environment and with autonomy, which allows the trust for people pick and choose whether they work from the office. Job Responsibility:

  • Take charge of a variety of projects, fulfilling the dual responsibilities of Principal Designer and Client Advisor
  • Collaborate closely with an experienced in-house team of CDM professionals and architects

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (required)
  • APS membership (required)
  • Degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying / Health & safety (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
