Familiarity with the CDM Regulations 2015 and/or the Building Safety Act 2022
Experience using document control systems such as Viewpoint, Asite, or Procore
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a keen attention to detail

Job Responsibility

Coordinating the preparation and submission of tenders, PQQs, and fee proposals
Collating project CVs and supporting documents
Ensuring all submissions meet quality, formatting, and deadline requirements
Managing client correspondence
Formatting technical reports
Supporting consultants with the administrative delivery of CDM and Building Safety Act services
Data input

Job Responsibility

Lead projects of varied scale and complexity, from initial design to completion
Act as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent

Oversee professional matters such as Party Wall, Acquisition Surveys, and Dilapidations
Advise on statutory approvals including Planning, Building Control, and Listed Building Consent
