Job Description

Baptist Health is looking to add a CDM Analyst I to our Charge Master Team at Baptist Metro Square. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity. Shift Details: Monday- Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinating and maintaining all activities around the Charge Description Master for Baptist Health in compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting appropriate reimbursement
  • Assisting the Sr. CDM Analyst in developing and facilitating processes for accurate and timely charge capture through research and analysis of the Charge Master
  • Facilitating accurate and timely charge capture through research/investigation, staff education, and provider education
  • Maintaining ancillary department charging and billing systems
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 1-2 years Experience with Charge Validation Reviews
  • 1-2 years Experience with CPT/HCPCS Codes or Charging
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Experience with Revenue Cylce Operations
  • Driver's License - DMV
