Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious H&S professional to join a respected consultancy during a period of growth. The role is ideal for those with consultancy experience providing CDM 2015 advice, or for H&S professionals from a contractor background looking to transition into consultancy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver a range of H&S services to clients across the built environment
  • Manage H&S files, review construction phase plans, maintain pre-construction information, and conduct design risk reviews
  • Attend client and design team meetings to provide risk-related advice
  • Act as a CDM Advisor to clients, ensuring all project RAMS are in place
  • Carry out site safety inspections and audits
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of CDM 2015 regulations and associated documentation
  • Minimum 2 years’ H&S experience within the property & construction sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
  • Professional membership to IOSH and APS
