Job Responsibility

Shuttling merchandise or raw materials between properties
Deliver local backhauls as needed
Operate tractor/trailer trucks, straight body trucks, forklifts and floor jacks in a safe manner
Operate tractor/trailer trucks and straight body trucks to and from shipping and receiving dock areas
Perform all DOT and Company required pre-trip safety inspections and maintain logs & records
Keep a daily record including trip reports and trailer yard inventory
Maintain exterior of all dock areas
Inspect tail end of drop trailer loads to ensure products are properly secured
Practice and adhere to appropriate safety and hygiene guidelines
Perform other job-related projects, duties and assignments as directed by warehouse supervision
