CDL Driver - Courtesy Shuttle Glacier Bay Lodge

• Safely operate lodge shuttle vehicles in compliance with all federal, state, and local traffic laws
• Transport guests and employees between Glacier Bay Lodge, the airport, and ferry terminal according to established schedules
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and functionality
• Maintain accurate mileage, fuel, and trip logs
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly to management
• Provide a warm, professional, and courteous experience for all passengers
• Assist guests with luggage, mobility needs, and boarding as required
• Share basic information about Glacier Bay Lodge and the surrounding area to enhance guest experience
• Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary
• Track and report fuel usage for shuttle vehicles
• Support transportation logistics by adhering to daily schedules and communicating delays or changes
• Assist with coordination of guest arrivals and departures to ensure smooth lodge operations
• Maintain cleanliness of shuttle vehicles, both interior and exterior
• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and environmental guidelines
• Maintain a valid CDL license with passenger endorsement and comply with all DOT requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and safety meetings as required

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement and no airbrake restrictions
• Minimum of 23 years of age
• 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience
• No suspension of driving privileges for moving violations in the past 3 years
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Prior experience in passenger transportation, hospitality, or tourism preferred
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
