Requirements:

  • Minimum 22 Years of Age
  • Hazmat and Tanker Required
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • 6 months of verifiable Class A tanker experience within the past 2 years, OR 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
  • All Military service driving experience will be considered, in accordance with DD214 and accompanied by the MOS record sheet or a letter of recommendation by the Commanding Officer
  • Must be able to pass Urine AND Hair Follicle Test

  • Complete pre-shift inspection sheet for every piece of mobile equipment
  • Do not operate equipment with identified safety defects
  • Perform safety inspections of all working areas at a minimum of once per shift
  • Address and take corrective actions when capable
  • Report identified problems to the Truck Shop Supervisor or Quarry Supervisor
  • Check the lubrication, coolant, and fuel levels of all machinery/mobile equipment and add lubricants, coolant, and fuel when necessary
  • Add the proper lubricant
  • Perform daily housekeeping of the equipment cabs
  • Operate various pieces of mobile equipment as required
