Job Description

The CDF Manager of Mexico will be a key partner to the cross-functional teams to deliver value through the planning process and control of the turnover P&L line. Managing a business of €1.9bn. The role reports to FET above Markets Director, working closely with peers across finance of both National and Business Units’ functions. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to enhance your leadership skills ahead of a big and diverse team. You will have unique exposure with Mexico's Head of Country and Mexico's Head of Finance on topics related to Power of One. And strong interfaces with SC Planning, BU Commercial Finance, CBD, to guarantee the correct visibility of sales and TMI provisions.

Job Responsibility

  • Required monthly postings (rebates, discounts off, provisions, etc.)
  • Ensure that accounting (SAP FI) reflects the reality of the business
  • Perform quality controls / financial sense of accounting and reports
  • Manage the different tools/systems for TMI and Turnover calculation
  • Valuation and consolidation of different plan scenarios (extraction and processing of volumes by customer/sku, valuation of TMI ON/OFF)
  • Local contact point for the Turnover line: queries/questions
  • Improve process efficiency through better and faster tools to all Finance National teams and BUs.
  • Lead and develop a high performing team

Translate technical capabilities into clear customer value
  • Develop and refine messaging across products, use cases, and segments, with a particular focus on enterprise messaging as a company-wide priority. Ensure our story is consistent across web, sales, campaigns, and analyst-facing materials, and validate messaging with customers, sales, and the field
  • Step into high-priority strategic projects as they emerge, including narrative development and coverage across the team as priorities shift. Operate as a true generalist, ramping quickly into unfamiliar areas and bringing structure to ambiguous problems
  • Partner with Demand Generation, ABM, and Digital teams to bring messaging to life across channels. Ensure regional relevance and channel fit across both EMEA and global programs
  • Work closely with sales leaders and sellers globally to ensure messaging is adopted in the field, gather feedback from real customer conversations, and partner with enablement to deliver assets sellers actually use. Ground positioning in what's happening in the field through ongoing research
  • Serve as connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement. Align stakeholders on priorities, messaging, and timelines across multiple workstreams at once
