As a Customer Development Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to how customer strategies are built and executed in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the execution of customer and channel strategies through data analysis, coordination, and on-ground support
Assisting in analyzing sales performance, market trends, and customer data to support business decisions
Supporting the planning and execution of in-store activities, promotions, and customer initiatives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to ensure smooth execution of plans
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and basic reporting related to sales and stock performance
Participating in field visits, store checks, or internal meetings to gain exposure to market dynamics and customer operations
Supporting forecasting, planning, or ad-hoc projects related to Customer Development
Contributing to administrative and coordination tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the Customer Development team
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or any related field
Strong interest in sales, customer development, or commercial operations within FMCG
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
Business-oriented mindset with an interest in customer behavior and sales strategy
Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
