Job Description

As a Customer Development Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to how customer strategies are built and executed in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the execution of customer and channel strategies through data analysis, coordination, and on-ground support
  • Assisting in analyzing sales performance, market trends, and customer data to support business decisions
  • Supporting the planning and execution of in-store activities, promotions, and customer initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to ensure smooth execution of plans
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and basic reporting related to sales and stock performance
  • Participating in field visits, store checks, or internal meetings to gain exposure to market dynamics and customer operations
  • Supporting forecasting, planning, or ad-hoc projects related to Customer Development
  • Contributing to administrative and coordination tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the Customer Development team

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or any related field
  • Strong interest in sales, customer development, or commercial operations within FMCG
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
  • Business-oriented mindset with an interest in customer behavior and sales strategy
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
