Job Description:

CD Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Customer Development team, ensuring smooth execution of processes, accurate data management, and compliance with company policies. This role is critical for enabling the CD team to focus on driving business growth and customer engagement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping for CD activities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for CD leadership
  • Maintain accurate customer and channel data in relevant systems (e.g., SAP, CRM)
  • Generate and validate sales reports, promotional trackers, and performance dashboards
  • Support in processing trade claims, promotional spending, and budget tracking
  • Ensure compliance with financial and audit requirements
  • Act as a liaison between CD team and other departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing)
  • Coordinate logistics for CD meetings, training sessions, and customer events
  • Assist in system updates and troubleshooting for CD tools and platforms
  • Ensure adherence to Unilever policies and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 2–3 years in administrative or support roles, preferably in FMCG or sales environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Accountability and responsibility in managing tasks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
