Job Responsibility
Monitor all CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel assets
Detect, observe, and report any suspicious behavior, unsafe conditions, or security breaches in real time
Respond promptly to security alarms, system alerts, and emergency notifications
Document all incidents, observations, and system activities in clear and accurate reports/logbooks
Coordinate effectively with Security, Engineering, Front Office, and other departments during incidents or emergencies
Operate, control, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, access control, alarm panels, and recording equipment
Conduct routine equipment checks to ensure all cameras are functional, properly positioned, and recording
Report system faults, blind spots, or technical issues to Engineering and Loss Prevention immediately
Retrieve and review recorded footage for investigations, incident inquiries, or legal documentation
Ensure all recordings are stored securely in line with company policies, privacy laws, and data protection regulations
Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance information and internal investigations
Support emergency procedures, including fire alarms, medical incidents, and evacuation protocols
Monitor crowd movement, access points, and high-risk areas during events and VIP arrivals
Uphold all hotel, brand, and governmental security standards at all times
Remain vigilant, professional, and attentive throughout all shifts
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in CCTV operations or security control rooms, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Preferred: CPR, First Aid, and Fire Safety certifications
Nice to have
