We’re now recruiting a CCTV Operator for a full-time, permanent role. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor real-time CCTV and support partners such as the Police, NCA and DWP
  • Direct officers via radio and help secure evidence
  • Identify, record and report suspicious activity
  • Operate cameras and equipment to capture high-quality evidential footage
  • Write reports and witness statements
  • Attend court when required
  • Liaise confidently with internal and external investigatory agencies
  • Run the Traffic Enforcement and Community Safety Control Rooms efficiently

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent report-writing and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay focused under pressure
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work 24/7 shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays
