Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced CCMS Coordinator to join our team on the Hope Downs 1 Sustaining Project. This role is responsible for overseeing and facilitating on-site CCMS and handover activities, ensuring compliance with procedural and governance requirements, and supporting completions teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administer and coordinate the CCMS system in line with project governance requirements
  • Oversee and facilitate on-site CCMS and handover activities
  • Support completions teams and CCMS processes
  • Create, assist, or validate plans and procedures
  • streamline and improve work processes
  • Provide coordination, support, and governance for punch listing processes
  • Validate work packs and test packs for shutdowns and tie-ins

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the administration and coordination of CCMS systems in a FIFO capacity
  • Demonstrated competency with office computer software packages, computer systems, and databases
  • Proven experience supporting CCMS processes and completions teams
  • Strong understanding of procedural and governance requirements for CCMS systems
  • Ability to work in a high-paced site environment and manage multiple priorities
