In depth knowledge of CCGT power generation technology, including combustion and steam turbines, HRSG’s, ACC, water treatment plant and other general auxiliary equipment
Experience in Gas Turbine LTSA/LTP management
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Job Responsibility

Establish and recruit an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team, ensuring all personnel are qualified and competent
Develop and implement all required operation documentation, including Plant Policies and Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) system, Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs, Maintenance plans and schedules, Asset Management Program, Spare parts inventory requirements, Emergency Response procedures
Set up a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in preparation for the plant operational phase post COD
Support the Owners Engineers in reviewing engineering deliverables, technical specifications, and contractor submissions
Manage the Long Term Program (LTP) with Siemens Energy for the Maintenance of the SGT-800 gas turbine units
Manage the participation of the O&M teams in commissioning, performance testing, and plant start-up activities, ensuring alignment with OEM and project requirements
Ensure that the O&M team is operational ready for plant takeover
Lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CCGT power station
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards
Develop and manage annual and long term operating plans ensuring reliability and operational efficiency
