The CC&V Sales Representative at Fresenius Medical Care Korea is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and target potential customers within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, and clinics, mainly ICU
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue
Provide ongoing support and clinical education to customers regarding product usage and benefits
Support clinical information and arrange fundamental CRRT Trainings to new ICU Staffs
Train Trouble shooting cases for users to handle issues well while operating CRRT equipment in hospitals
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and technical support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry conferences as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device related industry
Equipment and disposable sales experience preferred
Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Korea
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
Nice to have:
Experience with dialysis products and services
More than 3 years of proven sales experience in general & university hospitals
Fluency in both Korean and English
