Cbhc Outpatient Clinician

• Provides comprehensive and integrated client-centered care using evidence-based practices that are delivered by both in-person and telehealth modalities
• Collaborates with key partners involved in the client’s care including other Aspire CBHC team members, behavioral health professionals, medical staff, and social services
• Works to develop innovative approaches to behavioral health by engaging clients, families, and providers in care planning and coordination
• Decreasing fragmentation of the care for the client
• Creating a model for increasing access to services
• Ensuring care is provided in the best and least acute setting for the clients

• Master’s in Social Work, counseling, or a closely related field
• Clinical License preferred
• Therapy skills
• Family therapy skills
• Case management skills
• Computer skills for documentation
• Experience in providing telehealth services to clients
• Expertise in assessing client risk and need for a balance of in-person and telehealth services
