Job Description:

This role will be responsible for the strategic growth of the Foods business in all channels and the Traditional Trade Channel for all the categories, both in Mexico through the ownership of the commercial strategy. As CBD Lead, you will inspire and collaborate with other teams to achieve both short-term and long-term business results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the commercial strategy for Tradiotional Trade customers for Foods BU
  • Guarantee we have the right strategy to achieve the short and long-term customer development objectives
  • Develop a Joint Business Plan (JBP) with our customers to achieve sustainable and consistent growth
  • Build strong relationships and strategic alignment with Marketing, CSP (Customer Strategic & Planning), CMI (Consumer Market Insights), and Customer Operations, as well as externally with customers fostering a “triple win” mindset for the customer, our shoppers, and Unilever
  • Assure the voice of the customer is brought, opportunities are detected, and key insights are considered in the company plans and reviews for our clients' development and business growth
  • Be a point of contact to escalate critical issues from our customers
  • Lead and develop a team of KAM’s providing coaching and guidance in negotiation processes and ensuring discipline and focus on priorities, innovations, and account management processes

Requirements:

  • +8 years leading key Accounts teams in FMCG organizations
  • Customer Development has proven track record in México
  • Deep understanding of Foods businesses and Traditional Trade Channel and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth
  • Experience in partnership and collaboration with retailers in México
  • Experience negotiating and influencing teams and clients to achieve the best results
  • Experience leading execution field force for modern & traditional trade and CD Excellence (CD operations / Data and Insights) will be a plus
  • Speaking Spanish/English is a must
