The COACH – Community and Opportunities at Children’s Hospital – internship program mission is to create a pathway for emerging healthcare professionals, offering hands-on experience, structured development, and dedicated mentorship. The College COACH summer internship is a paid program running from Monday, June 8-Friday, August 14, 2026. In addition to on-the-job training and work experience, the program includes workshops and additional development programs. College students will work 35 hours/week.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with campaign management, partner communication, blog management, and cross-team collaboration
Track trends to target prospective corporate and local partners
Assist with planning and promotion of special events, programs, and campaigns
Help create and implement a marketing strategy to maintain an online presence for the Cause programs
Attend a 2-day program orientation and onboarding
Participate in virtual and in-person workshops and activities
Requirements:
Undergraduate college student in good academic standing
Enrolled in a two-or four-year program for Fall 2026
Interest in working in healthcare
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong writing capabilities, with ability to create captivating content for diverse audiences
Proficiency with technology
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working effectively in a team environment
