Job Description:

Senior Software Engineer position focusing on CATIA DMU integration and design activities for AIRBUS projects, requiring expertise in aircraft structures, systems, and cabin layouts with strong technical knowledge and collaborative skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Performing DMU (Digital Mock-up) Integration, design and drawing activities using AIRBUS methodologies
  • Supporting AIRBUS projects in DMU/M&T/CM bundles
  • Activity execution and closing of assigned responsibilities
  • Keeping effective communication with all stakeholders
  • Capturing best practices and building knowledge repository
  • Training new team members
  • Proactive idea generation and innovation to improve product, process methods and tools
  • Creating quick PoC (Proof of Concepts) or building new solution proposals

Requirements:

  • B Tech or BE degree
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in AIRBUS Process, Methods and Tools
  • Hands-on experience in CATIA V5/V6, PASS SSI, Enovia VPM, TreND, Context Builder, CADint, Taksy, Gilda, DPDS and Optegra
  • Sound knowledge in AIRBUS product structure and Configuration management process
  • Good technical knowledge of Aircraft Structures, Systems, Cabin & Cargo Layouts
  • Experience in Design and Quality check of AIRBUS Structural, Systems and Cabin/Interior components
  • Basic knowledge in Agile/SAFe methodologies
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

  • Hands on experience in 3DExperience platform (functional)
  • Prior experience in SA Lean PLM projects
  • Knowledge in AIRBUS functional tool testing environments
