Assessment of patient's condition
providing nursing care
planning and documenting plan of care
patient/family teaching
transition of care plan discharge
preparing patients for treatments, surgeries and diagnostic studies
implementing patient safety initiatives and protocols
reassessing patients after interventions
giving and receiving report using Bedside Shift Report
Requirements:
Bachelors Of Science Nursing and one (1) year of RN experience
Registered Nurse: TX
Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - days
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - month
