Legends Global, the premier hospitality partner at Raymond James Stadium, is seeking a dedicated and organized Catering Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our catering warehouse. The Catering Warehouse Supervisor will report directly to the Catering Manager and be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient support for catering operations during events, including Tampa Bay Buccaneers games, concerts, and other large-scale events. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Job Responsibility:
Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of food, beverages, and catering supplies, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and proper stock rotation to maintain quality and freshness
Logistics Coordination: Manage the timely and accurate delivery of catering supplies to various stadium locations, aligning with event schedules and catering team needs
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to Legends Global safety protocols, company policies, and efficient workflows
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure inventory meets health, safety, and sanitation standards, adhering to food safety regulations
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to confirm deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive vendor relationships
Equipment Oversight: Maintain and organize warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring operational readiness and reporting any issues to the Catering Manager
Event Preparation: Collaborate with Legends Global catering and event teams to prepare supplies for high-volume events, ensuring all materials are ready and delivered on time
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and staff activities, using inventory management software and reporting to the Catering Manager
Operational Support: Implement cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies as directed by the Catering Manager
Requirements:
Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in catering, hospitality, or food service environments
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a physically demanding environment
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the stadium’s event schedule
