Job Responsibility

  • Leading and motivating a team of Chefs/Catering Assistants to prepare delicious food and drinks as part of a deliciously magical experience for every customer
  • Working alongside a team of chefs in a hands-on, operational role

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen producing the best quality dishes whilst following Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures
  • Experience in managing people and motivating a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others
