As a Catering Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional food and beverage experience for our visitors at one of the UK’s most iconic visitor attractions. Working within Compass Group UK & Ireland, you’ll help lead frontline teams across a variety of busy catering outlets, ensuring high standards, great service, and smooth day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading people on the floor.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the management team in the day-to-day operation of multiple catering outlets
Supervising, motivating, and supporting team members during service
Ensuring excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered
Managing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and basic stock controls
Maintaining high standards of food safety, health & safety, and cleanliness
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within high volume catering
A confident communicator who leads by example
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage busy service periods
A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and peak trading periods
