Job Description:

The Full Time Supervisor for KU Catering performs daily supervisory shift work duties and serves as the primary resource for staff involved in catered events, banquets, and other catering responsibilities. This position maintains departmental policies on guest satisfaction, product quality, food handling, ordering, inventory, hiring, disciplinary procedures, and cash variances, where applicable. They directly supervise employees involved in service, production, sanitation, cash handling, and inventory while providing ongoing training. Job Responsibility:

Performs daily supervisory shift work duties
Serves as the primary resource for staff involved in catered events, banquets, and other catering responsibilities
Maintains departmental policies on guest satisfaction, product quality, food handling, ordering, inventory, hiring, disciplinary procedures, and cash variances
Directly supervises employees involved in service, production, sanitation, cash handling, and inventory
Provides ongoing training
Maintains brand appearance of KU Dining as directed
