Job Responsibility

Delivering hands-on barista service as part of your day-to-day role
Supervising two coffee bars and leading a team of three baristas
Maintaining high retail standards, including upselling, merchandising, stock control, and storage
Supporting the wider catering operation when required, including assisting during lunch service
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing positive changes
