Catering Service Worker (Driver)

• Load, transport, and unload food, beverages, and catering equipment
• Safely operate company delivery vans or trucks in accordance with food safety, transportation, and company safety policies
• Follow assigned delivery routes, schedules, and timelines
• Review and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
• Maintain clear communication with the catering manager, event supervisors, culinary teams, sales teams, and bartenders
• Anticipate team and event needs to proactively support smooth operations
• Manage and track equipment and supply inventory on a weekly basis at assigned locations
• Obtain delivery confirmations from supervisors as required
• Assist culinary teams and event supervisors with event execution as needed
• Support event setup and breakdown when required
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicles
• Work collaboratively with the event operations team and step in wherever needed to support operations and guest satisfaction
• Adhere to dress code, appearance, and grooming standards set by management

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Professional demeanor with a strong customer-service mindset
• Food handler's & Basset certification preferred but not required
