As a General Utility Worker on our team of service stars, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our dishes, equipment, and work environments clean. You’ll also be a key part of our café team, contributing to our excellent service during breakfast and lunch.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
  • Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sinks and kitchen areas remain clean and organized
  • Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition
  • reports any issues to management
  • Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks
  • Adheres to all food safety regulations for sanitation, food handling, and storage as required by company, state and federal regulations
  • Provides support to the Culinary Team as needed depending on business needs, ensuring timely and friendly customer service
  • Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co- workers, etc
  • Ensures security of company assets
  • Adheres to all company and client policies and procedures as required

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation and safety procedures
  • Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
  • Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
