The Catering Manager works closely with the Director of Catering and operational teams to manage event bookings, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure each event meets or exceeds guest expectations while supporting the resort’s profitability objectives. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver seamless events that reflect the quality and service standards of the Sanderling Resort.
Job Responsibility
Respond to telephone, email, and walk-in inquiries regarding catering services and event bookings
Assist in selling catering services and converting inquiries into confirmed events
Maintain strong relationships with clients and event planners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Stay informed about local organizations, corporate groups, and community events to identify potential catering opportunities
