Catering Sales Manager

• Selling, detailing, and executing events—with a focus on weddings, social, and catering events
• Acting as the main liaison between clients and the hotel
• Working closely with the kitchen, service teams, and sales to ensure seamless communication and flawless execution—creating memorable and unforgettable experiences from booking through event follow-up

• Ability to use Delphi required
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• High level of creativity
• Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evening/overnights if needed
• Able to negotiate, organize, delegate & work under pressure
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States
