Job Description:

Support Sales and Catering teams through the execution of administrative work. Handle incoming calls and inquiries in compliance with Four Seasons standard.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Sales and Catering teams through the execution of administrative work
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries in compliance with Four Seasons standard
  • Produce quality sales/ banquet proposal and contracts in a timely manner for distribution
  • Prepare quality BEOs/ Resume in a timely manner for distribution
  • Maintain files in accordance to procedure
  • Requisition office supplies and ensure safekeeping in accordance with procedure
  • Be a team member and assist as needed within department or hotel

Requirements:

  • Good skills of the English and Cantonese or Mandarin languages
  • Must be service oriented and be able to maintain Four Seasons standard hospitality at all times

Nice to have:

Preferably foreign language ability
