Aramark at NRG Park is looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Catering Sales Admin. This is a great entry-level role for someone eager to start a career in Food & Beverage, event planning, or office administration. You’ll play a key role in supporting our catering sales team by helping with day-to-day tasks, coordinating event details, and learning the ins and outs of Food & Beverage planning.
Job Responsibility:
Perform a variety of administrative tasks including creating menu cards, event signage, note-taking, and maintaining accurate expense reports.
Manage inventory and restock supplies for catering and office needs.
Assist with data entry, filing, and processing paperwork to support the catering sales team.
Coordinate event logistics and support menu planning in collaboration with team members.
Prepare and distribute internal communications such as memos, meeting agendas, and departmental updates.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with appointment coordination for sales managers.
Operate office technology and software including voicemail systems, printers/scanners, laptops, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Support the creation of presentations and visual materials using tools like Canva and PowerPoint.
Requirements:

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
