Job Description

Aramark at NRG Park is looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Catering Sales Admin. This is a great entry-level role for someone eager to start a career in Food & Beverage, event planning, or office administration. You’ll play a key role in supporting our catering sales team by helping with day-to-day tasks, coordinating event details, and learning the ins and outs of Food & Beverage planning.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks including creating menu cards, event signage, note-taking, and maintaining accurate expense reports.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies for catering and office needs.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and processing paperwork to support the catering sales team.
  • Coordinate event logistics and support menu planning in collaboration with team members.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications such as memos, meeting agendas, and departmental updates.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with appointment coordination for sales managers.
  • Operate office technology and software including voicemail systems, printers/scanners, laptops, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Support the creation of presentations and visual materials using tools like Canva and PowerPoint.

Requirements

  • No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude!
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working independently or as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
