Booker Group is recruiting for an Catering Proposition Manager, responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the catering proposition. The successful candidate will be able to translate customer insight and commercial performance into compelling offers and services. They will represent the voice of the customer, working cross functionally to shape the catering trade plan and marketing materials that enable sales and profit growth, and drive customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create, refine, and continually improve the catering offer to ensure it meets customer needs and commercial goals
  • Drive sales and profit growth
  • Ensure proposition development aligns with commercial targets
  • Collaborate on the Catering Trade Plan
  • Cross functional working to ensure the catering trade plan drives value and excitement for our catering customers
  • Marketing and Communications Input
  • Partner with marketing teams to create compelling in‑store, digital, and other marketing materials that showcase the proposition and drive customer engagement
  • Performance Insights
  • Translate customer feedback, market trends, performance KPI’s into clear proposals and build business cases with supporting evidence to drive internal decision‑making
  • Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a central connector between teams such as Category, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to ensure “right first time” execution
