Job Description:

Legends is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Catering Pantry Coordinator to join our premium catering team at Raymond James Stadium. This position is responsible for supervising the catering pantry and overseeing the execution and presentation of food service in our premium areas within Raymond James Stadium on NFL gamedays, College Football Gamedays, Concerts and Private Events. The Catering Pantry Coordinator plays a key leadership role in ensuring timely buffet setup and replenishment, maintaining food quality and visual standards, and collaborating closely with the culinary team to deliver a seamless, high-end guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise all pantry and buffet operations during events, ensuring efficiency and consistency
  • Lead a team of buffet attendants, overseeing scheduling, task assignments, and performance
  • Ensure buffets are properly set, fully stocked, and visually appealing throughout events
  • Work directly with the Culinary team to maintain food quality, safety, and presentation standards
  • Monitor and maintain pantry cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Anticipate event needs and communicate effectively with operations and kitchen staff
  • Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and supply management
  • Uphold Legends’ standards of service excellence and professionalism in all interactions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support catering operations

Requirements:

  • Prior supervisory experience in catering, hospitality, or food service environments strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team under pressure
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining food quality and presentation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be available to work all major stadium events, including Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games, concerts, and private events
  • Must adhere to Legends’ grooming and uniform standards
