Contracting and closing local catering and social business
Leading the planning and execution of high-profile events, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations
Collaborating with clients to design personalized menus and event concepts that embody the St. Regis hallmark of excellence
Managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery
Requirements:
Experienced in catering and event management within the luxury market
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
A team player with a can-do attitude
