Job Description

ASM Global, has an excellent and immediate opening for Catering/Concession/Suite Staff for BMO Center and Coronado Theatre. The primary function of Catering/Concession/Suite Staff is to provide a high-quality service for banquets, concessions, and events.

Job Responsibility

  • Serves food to guest with high level of customer service
  • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas
  • Must strive to provide guest with a memorable experience and exceed their expectations by anticipating their needs
  • Assist with preparation and set-up of event room when necessary
  • Establish and maintain positive client relationships
  • Ensure health codes are followed
  • Prepares food and beverage for customer
  • Follow all rules and regulations for serving alcohol
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must have attention to detail
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills and understand instructions and guest request
  • Must have strong customer service skills
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands, frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
  • Must be able to balance serving trays and have good manual dexterity
  • Daily lifting to 20 lbs., constant reaching, stooping, standing, and walking
  • Must understand and practice the concept of teamwork
