Job Responsibility:

  • Serves food to guest with high level of customer service
  • Must understand and practice the concept of teamwork
  • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas
  • Must strive to provide guest with a memorable experience and exceed their expectations by anticipating their needs
  • Assist with collecting all banquet equipment to include flatware, china, glassware, and serving pieces needed for each event
  • Assist with preparation and set-up of event room when necessary
  • Prepare tables with place settings as instructed
  • Establish and maintain positive client relationships
  • Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times
  • Ensure health codes are followed
  • Prepares food and beverage for customer
  • Follow all rules and regulations for serving alcohol

Requirements:

  • Must have attention to detail

  • Must have strong customer service skills
