Job Responsibility

  • Oversee all aspects of bar setup, service, and breakdown for catered events
  • Lead and manage a team of bartenders and bar attendants, ensuring professionalism and efficiency
  • Monitor beverage service to ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and Legends policies
  • Ensure bar areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked prior to and during events
  • Handle opening and closing bar inventories
  • communicate needs to Beverage or Catering Manager
  • Maintain accurate logs of product usage and waste
  • Train and coach staff on proper pouring techniques, customer service, and responsible alcohol service
  • Assist with guest service and address concerns or requests with a solution-focused attitude
  • Maintain clear communication with event operations and catering teams
  • Enforce uniform, grooming, and sanitation standards
  • Perform additional duties as required by management

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in bartending
  • at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role preferred
  • strong understanding of bar operations and responsible alcohol service
  • must possess or be able to obtain Responsible Alcohol Service Certification and Food Safety Certification
  • excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills
  • detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and stay calm in fast-paced environments
  • capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, standing for long periods, and performing physical bar duties
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF home games, and all major stadium events
