Under the direction of the Manager and Supervisor(s), is responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service for restaurant patrons and their dining experience.
Job Responsibility:
Reports for scheduled work in a timely manner, in complete uniform, with a neat and clean personal appearance
Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times
Fulfills opening and closing duties as dictated by management
Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls in accordance with company policy
Product inventories must correspond with total sales
Sets up, maintains, breaks down, and cleans work area, including garnishes
Restocks and maintains inventory of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, along with other operating supplies
Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work environment
Communicates with Supervisors and Management with any issues or concerns
Ability to comply with Company service standards and inventory control procedures
Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the club and stadium
Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary
Performs and successfully completes tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old
Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
Ability to work all Venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
