Job Description

Under the direction of the Manager and Supervisor(s), is responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service for restaurant patrons and their dining experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Reports for scheduled work in a timely manner, in complete uniform, with a neat and clean personal appearance
  • Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times
  • Fulfills opening and closing duties as dictated by management
  • Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls in accordance with company policy
  • Product inventories must correspond with total sales
  • Sets up, maintains, breaks down, and cleans work area, including garnishes
  • Restocks and maintains inventory of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, along with other operating supplies
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work environment
  • Communicates with Supervisors and Management with any issues or concerns
  • Ability to comply with Company service standards and inventory control procedures
  • Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the club and stadium
  • Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary
  • Performs and successfully completes tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
  • Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
  • Ability to work all Venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Bartending experience required
