Supermac's in Mitchelstown is seeking part-time catering staff to join the team. The Team member provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant. The work environment is a fast-paced “non-stop” environment, physically demanding at times due to certain requirements and the level of the business, quality of staff, and quantity of staff. Teamwork is essential.
Job Responsibility:
Provide ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness
Interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner
Carry out duties in compliance with training received and the standards set in the Employee Handbook
Serve customers quality food as quickly as possible in a friendly manner, ensuring order accuracy
Work in an area to comply with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects
Work as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect
Follow company guidelines/training in all aspects of food preparation, production, and storage
Portray a professional image, both on and off the premises
Treat customers to warm and friendly service
Work with the management team to increase the number of customers and the amount of money spent
About cash handling, ensure correct procedures are followed as directed by management
Ensure uniform and personal appearance comply with company guidelines
Flexibility to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager
Constantly put the customer first
Requirements:
