Job Description:

Eurest is your complete workplace food and catering partner. From tearooms to the boardroom, our range of catering solutions for busy people at work include grab ‘n’ go, barista coffee, food court options and contemporary staff restaurants. Codan develop technology to solve communications, safety, security and productivity problems. The Catering Assistant role will be based at their on-site company cafe. This is a Monday to Friday role with the working hours ranging from 7am to 2pm each day you are rostered on shift across weekdays only.

Job Responsibility:

Engage with customers and master the POS, delivering seamless service with a smile
Assist with food preparation and kitchen support tasks
Maintain a strong customer focus, responding to feedback with a positive and proactive approach
Support daily cleaning routines and accurately record temperatures and allergen information

Requirements:

Previous kitchen and café F&B attendant experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Barista experience essential
Proactive and willing to take initiative to support the team and take on additional tasks as needed
Ability to work well under pressure, independently, and meet deadlines
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and procedures
Genuine passion for and knowledge of WHS, Food Safety, and HACCP standards
