Job Description:

Catering Assistant required at Thomas Hall School. South West Norse is established in delivering catering, cleaning, and facilities management services to a portfolio of clients in the local region in partnership with Devon County Council, combining local knowledge with service delivery expertise. As we recognise the importance of building a strong kitchen team to be a key ingredient to our catering success, we currently have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Catering Assistant join our team at Thomas Hall School on a part-time, permanent basis working Term-time only.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting all aspects of the catering service
Ensuring completion of the preparation, cooking, presentation and service of nutritious food and beverage outlets to students and staff
Complying with food hygiene, Health and Safety and QA procedures

Requirements:

Previous catering experience or willing to be trained in your new role
Friendly and polite customer service
Capable of working to deadlines in a busy environment
Working within a team
