Job Description:

Supermac's currently requires Full and Part-time Catering Assistants in Burrin Street Carlow. Full-time (flexible) and part-time positions available. The Catering Assistant provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant. The work environment is a fast-paced 'non-stop' environment, physically demanding at times due to certain business requirements with regards to the level of business, quality of staff, and quantity of staff. Teamwork is essential.

Job Responsibility:

provide ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness
interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner
carry out duties in compliance with the training received and the standards set in the Employee Handbook
serve customers quality food as quickly as possible in a friendly manner, ensuring order accuracy
work in an area to comply with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects
work as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect
follow company guidelines/training in food preparation, production, and storage
portray a professional image, both on and off the premises
treat customers to warm and friendly service
work with the management team to increase the number of customers and the amount of money spent
ensure correct cash handling procedures are followed as directed by management
ensure uniform and personal appearance complies with company guidelines
be flexible to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager
constantly put the customer first

Requirements:

experience in a similar role
ability to work independently and handle responsibility
must be currently living in Ireland and allowed to work here
