Job Description:

Supermac's currently requires Full-time Catering Assistants in Barronstrand St, Waterford. The Catering Assistant provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant. The purpose of the role is to serve our customers the quality food they order as quickly as possible, in a friendly manner, ensuring the accuracy of order every time. Work environment is a fast-paced 'non-stop' environment, physically demanding at times due to certain business requirements with regards to the level of business, quality of staff, and quantity of staff. Teamwork is essential.

Job Responsibility:

Provide ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness
Interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner
Carry out duties in compliance with training received and standards set in the Employee Handbook
Serve customers quality food as quickly as possible in a friendly manner, ensuring order accuracy
Work in an area to comply with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects
Work as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect
Follow company guidelines/training in food preparation, production, and storage
Portray a professional image, both on and off the premises
Treat customers to warm and friendly service
Work with the management team to increase the number of customers and the amount of money spent
Follow correct cash handling procedures as directed by management
Ensure uniform and personal appearance comply with company guidelines
Be flexible to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager
Constantly put the customer first

Requirements:

Flexible to work any day and any shift
Must be currently living in Ireland and allowed to work here
